Barriers to Feedback
Constructive feedback is the cornerstone of employee growth and development. Yet, many leaders struggle to provide clear and actionable feedback to their teams. This lack of communication can be detrimental, leaving employees confused and hindering their ability to improve. Here are some reasons leaders shy away from giving clear feedback:
