Leader Among Equals

In a world often defined by hierarchy and competition, the concept of leading among equals can be a challenging one. Yet, it's a principle deeply rooted in biblical wisdom, as exemplified in Romans 2:11. The Illusion of Superiority

By embodying the principles of impartiality and service, leaders can create a powerful and enduring impact.
