Individualism VS Followership

Two distinct worldviews, each with a different effect on organizational culture. The predominant leadership style is that of individualism. The senior executive plays the role of hero in the journey to success.

But, is there an argument to be made for leaders as servants to many? We think there just might be room for that approach, and it just might be the answer we are looking for related to an improved way of working.
