If you’re like me, you’ve had times in your career journey when you’d like to explore your possibilities, challenges, and questions with someone who can relate to your situation. Good news! That’s what our Motivity Executive Coaching Program is all about.
You’ll meet with me one-on-one in the executive coaching program to do just that.
I’ve served in executive leadership roles with multi-billion dollar companies and led several entrepreneurial start-ups. Through each experience, I’ve brought my faith to the executive, entrepreneur, and executive coach roles.
In four (1-hour) video conference meetings, we’ll explore your challenges, career aspirations, and faith-based leadership questions. Whether you are a senior executive or aspiring to a leadership position, I’d love to help you along your journey.

P.S. You probably noticed we have two options. Option 1 ($500 x 2) is an open agenda to explore your challenges, questions, and career aspirations. Option 2 ($1000 x 2) includes our Leadership Circle Profile, which is a 360-degree assessment of your leadership skills. We’ll use the survey results to create a leadership development plan. For an accurate profile, you should have at least five direct report employees and have been in your current position for at least 6 months. If you have questions, reach out to me below.
