Our experience in the work world has convinced us of one thing - something needs to change about work.
Work has become a minefield of egos, misguided incentives, and fear-based cultures that have lost touch with the meaning of work. We believe that God created work for our benefit, not our punishment. Yet, finding meaningful work is rare. For that reason, we are connecting the dots between God and work in a way that returns humans to the mission for which they were created.
Yes, it is a different approach, but we believe everyone wants to be cared for and make a difference in their work. God wants that for you. We are taking action to help you and countless others navigate the often choppy waters of work.

Meet Our Founder
Rod Brace, Ph.D., is the founder of Motivity Media, a company dedicated to inspiring leaders to adopt a biblical approach to their leadership roles.
Before founding Motivity, Rod served as the founding partner of Relia Healthcare Advisors, providing expertise in the science of high-reliability practices, leadership and organizational strategy, and executive development.
In 2018, Dr. Brace retired as Regional President and Chief Learning Officer for a large health system in Houston, Texas. In this capacity, he had operational oversight of hospitals, ERs, medical groups, and ambulatory surgery centers. He previously served as a hospital CEO for several years.
Rod is a national speaker, author, and executive coach. He holds an MBA and PhD in Management with a research emphasis in leadership, employee engagement, and organizational cultures. He is a graduate of the Rice University coaching program. He was a faculty member at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
As a lifelong Christ-follower, Rod has served as a teacher, deacon, and trustee in local churches and chaired various church administrative committees. He has been an advisor and board member to numerous ministries and non-profit organizations.
